At Catch Wheel, we believe in providing complete value during your 15-day free trial period so you can explore all features before making a purchase.

1. Free Trial:
   - All new users are eligible for a 15-day free trial with full access to features.
   - No payment is required during the trial.
   - You can choose a paid plan anytime during or after the trial period.
2. Paid Subscription:
   - Once a subscription (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly) is activated post-trial, it is non-refundable.
   - No partial or full refunds will be issued, irrespective of usage or account activity.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   - You can cancel your subscription anytime from your admin dashboard.
   - After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
   - You will not be charged further unless you reactivate the subscription.
4. Auto-Renewal:
   - All subscriptions auto-renew by default based on your selected billing cycle.
   - You will receive a reminder email 3 days prior to renewal.
   - You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
5. No Exceptions:
   - We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, unused services, or change of business decision.
